Hi Casey, \n\nI love this home and I think it would be an incredible place to stay for families and groups visiting Colorado - great location for visiting Boulder, Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, etc. \n\nWould the owner be open to an arrangement where I would be the long term tenant (paying rent, paying rental insurance, etc) but instead of living there, I would list it on Airbnb and be the host?\n\nMy wife and I designed our first Airbnb in San Francisco ourselves and we treat hosting very seriously - our SF home has over 40 5-star reviews so far! (airbnb.com\/h\/bernalheightsabode). We are both full-time mechanical engineers with credit scores in the high 700's, and would be able to sign a lease right away. My wife works at Apple and I work at Fellow, a company that makes coffee gear.\n\nWe're looking for our next listing and this home caught our eye.
